Description

This must one of the deadliest villains to live in Angel-Falls. After Ten Days of Terror in France, he come over to the city looking for a new high, as normal criminal actives just didn't cut it for him anymore. 

I love the work of :iconsxgodzilla: and this is one character I enjoy seeing. I really can't do justice to his character. Eviscerare is busy bringing chaos to :iconangel-fallsda:

Well I like the detail you added to the face mask and coat of this Agent of Chaos (I figured Worlds Wicked Weed is neck and neck for that title) especially the way how he's the blade that make you think.

"Tell me when you woke up this morning did you think you'd run into someone like me today?" before gutting said person. 

Again wonderful job!
